Maharaja Tandoori started with one simple idea: cook Pakistani food the way it’s actually supposed to taste. Not watered down, not adjusted for anyone’s comfort, just the real thing: bold spices, proper marinades, and naans that come out of the tandoor oven still blistered and hot. We’ve been doing that in Brussels for over ten years now, at two addresses, for anyone who walks through the door.
Our meats are halal, certified, and fresh every day. The spices we use come from Pakistan, whole, not powdered, blended here before each service. The recipes haven’t changed. The Chicken Tikka Masala is the same one that filled the kitchen on the first day we opened. So is the Biryani. That’s not nostalgia, that’s just how it works when something is already right.
You’ll find us close to the Grand Place in Brussels, where great food, a prime location, and a warm welcome await. Visit us hungry and leave satisfied.
